1. Enrollment Deposits & Tuition Payments

• A mandatory $50 registration fee is required to secure enrollment.

• The $50 registration fee is NON-REFUNDABLE.

• Remaining tuition balances must be paid in full prior to the course start date.

• Deposits secure the student’s seat, training materials, scheduling, and instructor preparation.

• Failure to attend class does not qualify for a refund.

2. Tuition Refund Policy

Cancellation 14 Days or More Before Class Start Date

• Students may receive up to a 50% tuition refund excluding the non-refundable registration fee and

administrative fees.

3. Course Transfers & Rescheduling

• One-time course transfer may be approved at management discretion if requested at least 72 hours

before class start time.

• Transfer requests are subject to seat availability.

• Administrative rescheduling fees may apply.

• Emergency situations will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

4. Student Withdrawal

• Students choosing to voluntarily withdraw after instruction begins will not receive refunds for completed

training hours.

• Access to online portals, course materials, and certification testing may be revoked.

• Withdrawal requests must be submitted in writing.

5. Academy Cancellations

If The Certification Academy cancels a course due to low enrollment, emergencies, weather conditions, or

instructor availability, students may choose:

• Full tuition credit toward another course, OR

• A full refund of tuition paid.

6. Late Arrivals & Attendance

• Students arriving more than 30 minutes late may be denied entry.

• Excessive absences may result in dismissal without refund.

• Certification completion requires full participation and attendance.

7. Conduct Policy

The academy reserves the right to remove any student for:

• Disruptive behavior

• Harassment

• Unsafe conduct

• Drug or alcohol use

• Violation of academy rules

Removal due to misconduct results in immediate termination without refund.

8. Digital Products & Materials

All digital workbooks, online training modules, PDFs, branded materials, and downloadable content are

non-refundable once issued or accessed.

9. Acknowledgment Agreement

By enrolling in any course offered through The Certification Academy, students acknowledge that they:

• Have read and understood this cancellation policy

• Agree to all refund terms

• Understand all registration fees are non-refundable

• Accept responsibility for attendance and course completion
